    Payment & Delivery

This page explains how we take payment and deliver orders placed online. For terms and conditions on selling items to us, please see our Terms & Conditions for sellers.

    Order Payment

We currently do not process payments via our checkout. All orders placed online are subject to stock availability. Please contact us prior to ordering for confirmation on stock availability. Once an order is placed, a payment request email will be sent after checkout where payment can be made by bank transfer to our nominated business account. Orders are accepted at our discretion and we only dispatch once payment has cleared and basic anti-fraud checks are complete. For security, we deliver only to the billing address used at checkout. If we cannot verify details or deem an address unsafe, unlawful, or unreasonable, we may cancel and refund the order.

    Delivery

We use Royal Mail to dispatch orders within 24 hours of accepting your order. If that is not possible, we will contact you as soon as we can. Orders over £150 are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery; a delivery charge may apply to orders under £150, and are sent by Royal Mail First Class Signed For and will require a signature on delivery. Orders over £150 are dispatched via Special Delivery which aims to deliver the next working day after dispatch, but this is an aim rather than a guarantee under Royal Mail’s terms. Orders placed Friday to Sunday are dispatched on Monday, excluding UK bank holidays. Larger orders may be sent in multiple packages.

We deliver within the United Kingdom only and can ship only to the billing address. We do not deliver to the Channel Islands, PO Boxes, hotels, or unit addresses. We reserve the right to refuse delivery to any address we consider unsafe, unlawful, or otherwise unreasonable. We cannot accept responsibility for items delivered to properties with multiple occupancies once the parcel has been signed for at that address. If you miss a delivery or fail to take delivery, Royal Mail will advise on re-delivery or collection; we are not liable for any resulting delay.

If a parcel arrives damaged or appears tampered with, do not accept it and ask the carrier to return it to us and notify us immediately. If you have not received an expected item, you must tell us within 14 working days of dispatch. Once a parcel is signed for at the delivery address, risk in the goods passes to you.
